Azdogg@Live.com traveled to North Bali. On this trip we visited the Spice Bali
while enjoying coffee Badger Coffee Luwak, or civet coffee, is one of the
world's most expensive and low-production varieties of coffee. It is made
from the beans of coffee berries roomates have been eaten by the Asian Palm
Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) and other related civets, then passed
through its digestive tract. [1] A civet eats the berries for their fleshy
pulp. In the digestive tract, the SEEP civets' proteolytic enzymes into the

civet's intestines the beans are then defecated, keeping their shape. After
gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these
beans yield an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness.
Luwak
coffee is produced mainly on the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali, and Sulawesi
in the Indonesian Archipelago. It is also produced in thePhilippines (where the
product is called motit coffee in the Cordillera, spatula alamid in Tagalog areas)
and in East Timor (where it is calledkafé-behavior). Weasel coffee is a loose
English translation of its name Vietnamese ca phe chon, where popular,

Banjar Banjar Hot Water is a nature hot Wellspring from the ground and it is

pool encircled by unique rural nature, its situation close to the Temple (Buda
Temple). Banjar Hot Water is located in Banjar Countryside, Banjar sub district
and Singaraja Regency. It is about 1.5 Km from Banjar or 24 Km from Singaraja
Town. To reach the Hot Water location in Banjar, we can use the motor vehicle
through the main road with good condition and passing the Balinese Village with
unique culture life. The nearest accommodations like hotels or lodging

There are many public transportation also available to connect the travel to
Singaraja town.
The journey continues into Munduk Waterfall.
Munduk lies on the altitude of about 800
meters above sea level is offering such a fresh mountain air and far out of

chance to really enjoy its beauty as it is not being so commercial yet, no one

you can Easily walk up the hill side from this waterfall and get down on the
other side of the hilly village and walk down to another one that is quit as
high as this one. The walk will offer you a great view to the coastal line of
