Try going to bed early a few days before departure and sleep as much as possible during the flight. Earplugs and a blindfold can be used to help reduce noise and light.
Many side effects of jet lag, which aggravate the situation, caused by dehydration. So, avoid alcohol, coffee, tea and other caffeinated beverages and drink plenty of mineral water during the flight.
A little light exercise during the flight can help reduce back pain, leg swelling, and fatigue in general. Stretch regularly and a walk in the corridors of the aircraft to prevent freezing of blood.
Finally, on the first day you arrive at your destination, relax. Enjoy your trip in a fun, after it had started its corresponding local time.
